How to Order
Step 1 – Complete the Official Transcript Order Form

Step 2 – Submit Your Request
Email the completed order form and any supporting documentation to:
Please include any applicable file numbers, hearing dates, or additional information that may assist in processing your request.
Step 3 – Order Confirmation
Once your request has been received, you will receive confirmation by email. If additional information is required, you will be contacted promptly.
Turnaround Times
Standard and expedited transcript services are available.
If requesting expedited service, please indicate your required deadline when submitting your order.
Please note: Expedited turnaround times begin once the required audio has been received. Court offices may require additional time to provide audio recordings, which may affect the final delivery date. Every effort will be made to complete your transcript as quickly as possible.
Judicial Approval
Transcripts containing judgments, rulings, endorsements, or reasons for decision may require judicial approval before they can be released.
The timing of judicial approval is determined by the court and is outside my control. If your request is subject to a deadline, please advise me when placing your order.
Transcript Copies
Requests for additional copies of transcripts are subject to the applicable fees prescribed under Ontario Regulation 94/14.
Confidentiality
All recordings, transcripts, and client information are treated as strictly confidential. Materials are handled securely and professionally in accordance with applicable Ontario court transcription requirements.
